6-بنک الاجنه وحفظ الاصول الوراثیه:

-          الخدمات التی یقدمها :

1- هذا البنک الاول على مستوى مصر والشرق الاوسط و تم تمویله من صندوق العلوم والتکنولوجیا والمرکز القومى للبحوث

2-  یهدف الى تحسین الصفات الوراثیه والانتاجیه للحیوان عن طریق :

الانتخاب الوراثى    وعمل خریطه وراثیه للسلالات المصریه  مع تطبیق التقنیات المساعده للتکاثر

یتکون من وحدتین:

أ- البیلوجیا الجزیئیه : وهى المسئوله عن الانتخاب الوراثى وتحدید النسب

ب- حفظ الاصول الوراثیه (اجنه ,سائل منوى ,الماده الوراثیه , الخلایا الجسدیه , الخلایه الجذعیه)

وتضم اجهزة متقدمة مثل:

الکنفوکل میکرسکوب  لمتابعه حیویه الخلایا والاجنه لمده طویله وتصویر ثلاثى الأبعاد وتصویر العینه على هیئه العدید من الشرائح باستخدام الیزرواستخدام صبغات الفلورسنت.

المیکرومانببیولاتر والانفرتیت میکرسکوب به وحده فلورسنت لانتاج الاستنساخ ونقل الجینات وحقن الحیوان المنوى فى البویضه وحقن النواه

جهاز تجمید اوتوماتک لتجمید الاجنه والسائل المنوى الحمض النووى والخلایه الجسدیه

جهاز السونار لشفط البویضات من الحیوانات  لها صفات وراثیه عالیه وعالیه الانتاج وتخصیبها معملیا وحفظها ونقلها وتشخیص الحمل وتشخیص الامراض

6-Embryos Bank and Genetic Resources Conservation:

Objective of the unit:

1- This is the first bank in Egypt and the Middle East and has been funded by the STDF and NRC

2 - Aims to improve the genetic and productive characteristics of the animal by:

Genetic selection and the work of a genetic map of Egyptian strains with the application of reproductive techniques

Consists of two units:

A- Molecular biology: It is responsible for genetic selection and determination of proportions

B - Preservation of genetic assets (embryo, seminal fluid, genetic material, physical cells, stem cell)

It includes advanced devices such as:

1. Next generation sequencer, 3500 sequencer, Quant Studio real time PCR, RT-PCR, Bio analyzer, Nano drop,  gel documentation system

2-Micro flex Microscope for the follow-up of cells vitality and embryos for a long period and three-dimensional imaging and imaging of the sample on the structure of many slides using the use of fluorescent dyes.

2. Micro manipulator and Microscope Invertebrate by Fluorescent Unit for reproduction production, gene transfer, sperm injection in the oocyte and injection of nucleus

3. Automatic freezing device to freeze the embryo and seminal fluid DNA and somatic cells

4. Sonar to suction oocytes of animals have high genetic characteristics and high production and laboratory enrichment and preservation and transmission and diagnosis of pregnancy and diagnosis of diseases
